General Info

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please make sure the items are free of any marks, perfumes, stains, deodorant, pet hair, or makeup. If items are returned with any of these damages, we will not process the return and will return to sender. 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. **Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final store credit.**

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items or if you received an incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item. Alora Lane Boutique will cover the cost of shipping the item back. After 3 days, we will not be responsible for the item. Items that have been washed or worn may not be claimed as damaged. They must also have original tags attached. Alora Lane Boutique will issue a full refund for the damaged items or send you the correct item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as swimwear, bodysuits, and items marked as "final sale." 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

PLEASE NOTE: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible to return and will be marked “return to sender”.

Due to a quick turnover of inventory, we currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Due to being a small business, we cannot offer refunds to your original payment at this time. Only store credit will be given for returns, no refunds. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, a gift card will be delivered to your email inbox.

**NOTE** Colors of products may vary slightly due to computer/phone settings, lighting, and the use of presets. Clothing patterns and pattern placement may also vary slightly. If you are unsure of an item’s color, pattern, or pattern placement, please email before ordering and we can send you additional information on the items you are interested in.
